About the event
We are excited to announce another first-time event location on May 6, 2023, from 6pm to Midnight at the Historic Gettysburg Academy Bed and Breakfast located in the heart of one of the most haunted locations in America, Gettysburg, Pa. Step back in time when you walk through the doors of this beautifully renovated home. Authorized by the State of Pennsylvania as the first Adams County public school in 1810, the structure was completed in 1813. Serving many years as the Gettysburg Academy, the school was the later used a hospital during the Civil War. One of nine structures in Gettysburg that holds a relic from the war, embedded above the right entrance is a shell about three inches in diameter. The current owner’s great grandfather obtained the property through purchase at a sheriff’s sale in 1932.

***The Gettysburg Academy is also a full Bed and Breakfast! Those that want to experience a night or full weekend within the Academy can contact the owners directly at 717-334-0224 to book your full experience ~~ Be sure to mention Mind’s Eye when making reservations.*** All rooms reserved during this weekend will be open to the public during the investigation.
We will be visiting the Academy on Friday evening and offering short readings for anyone who books a stay on Friday night as well.
Tickets for the investigation are not included with the booking of a room.
